2020-2021 Free/Reduce Application
2020-2021 Income Eligilbility Guidelines
Families may
qualify for free or reduced price meals.
A family may apply for free or reduced price meals at any
time during the school year. Applications are held in
confidence.
Applications are available in the school business office.
A new application must be submitted each year. Each fall a
letter is sent to all families which explains the
qualifications for free or reduced price meals.
An application form is included with the letter. The number of free & reduced meals affects the school's
eligibility for grants, etc.
Please remember to put
money on your childs lunch account. You can submit a payment
online.
Just a couple reminders:
1. Seconds: Entrée cost $1.00 and Milk cost $.30 for
everyone – so for example if you are on free and reduced
status and your child goes through for seconds they will be
charged $1.00 or $.30. Seconds on Fruit/Vegetable bar are
Free. 2. We will offer the Hot/Cold Entrée
option.
3. Your child is able to pick and choose the
components of the meal they want they must have 3 of the 5
and 1 of those three must be fruit or vegetable.

and at any USDA office, or write a letter
addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all
of the information requested in the form. To
request a copy of the complaint form, call (866)
632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter
