Stanley County

The Stanley County School District, #57-1, Board of Education met in special session January 17, 2001, 7 P.M., at the art room of the high school building with Charlene Foster, Steve Brown, Gary Johnson, Mary Beth Fravel and John Bucholz present.    Visitors included Kevin Mutchelknaus and Jill Mutchelknaus.

 

President Charlene Foster called the meeting to order at 7 P.M.

 

President Charlene Foster led the pledge of allegiance.

 

Fravel moved, seconded by Bucholz, to go into Executive Session according to SDCL 1-25-2 for personnel reasons at 7:05 P.M.  All voted aye.

 

President Charlene Foster declared the Board out of Executive Session at 11:05 P.M.

 

Brown moved, seconded by Bucholz, to offer the superintendent contract to the individual chosen.  All voted aye.

 

Brown moved, seconded by Fravel, to adjourn at 11:10 P.M.  All voted aye.
