The Stanley County School District, #57-1, Board of Education met in special session April 12, 2001, 5:30 P.M., at the superintendent’s office of the elementary school building with Charlene Foster, Steve Brown, Gary Johnson, Mary Beth Fravel and John Bucholz present.    Visitors included Charles Thompson.

 

President Charlene Foster called the meeting to order at 5:30 P.M.

 

Brown moved, seconded by Fravel, to go into Executive Session according to SDCL 1-25-2 for personnel reasons at 5:31 P.M.  All voted aye.

 

President Charlene Foster declared the Board out of Executive Session at 5:57 P.M.

 

Bucholz moved, seconded by Johnson, to accept the resignation of middle and secondary principal Tony Glass.  All voted aye.

 

Brown moved, seconded by Johnson, to adjourn at 5:58 P.M.  All voted aye.
