Special School Board Meeting
May 15, 2013

The Stanley County School District, #57-1, Board of Education met in Special session May 15, 2013 at 7:00 A.M.,  in the Business Manager’s Office in the Elementary School with Gary Johnson, Nicole Prince, Tina Titze, and Rick Cronin present. Sarah Carter was absent. Others in attendance were Superintendent Don Hotalling, Business Manager Jessi Fromm, Principals Michelle Glodt and Timothy Hollar. Visitors were: Dawn Stover.
 
Vice President Johnson called the meeting to order at 7:00 A.M.
 
Vice President Johnson led the Pledge of Allegiance.
 
Prince moved, seconded by Cronin, to adopt the agenda. All voted aye.
 
Discussion was held to purchase a vehicle at the State Surplus Property Sale. No action was taken.
 
Prince moved, seconded by Titze, to give Mr. Hollar a 2% pay increase and to pay half of Mrs. Glodt’s family insurance on the HSA plan for the 2013 – 2014 and 2014 – 2015 school years. All voted aye.
 
Cronin moved, seconded by Johnson, to adjourn at 7:29 A.M. All voted aye.
