Special School Board Meeting
July 28, 2012

The Stanley County School District, #57-1, Board of Education met in Special session July 28, 2012, 9:00 A.M., in the Library at the High School / Middle School Building with Sarah Carter, Gary Johnson, Nicole Prince, Tina Titze, and Rick Cronin present. Others in attendance were Superintendent Don Hotalling. Business Manager Jessi Fromm arrived at 12:30 P.M. Visitors were Jeri Wilcox, Barb Rose, John Latham, and Amy Hiedeman.

President Carter called the meeting to order at 9:00 A.M.

President Carter led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Prince moved, seconded by Cronin, to adopt the agenda as presented. All voted aye.

Titze moved, seconded by Prince, to go to Executive Session according to SDCL 1-25-2 for personnel purposes at 9:01 A.M.  All vote aye.

Carter declared a short recess at 11:15 A.M

Carter declared them back in Executive Session according to SDCL 1-25-2 at 11:30 A.M.

President Carter declared the Board out of Executive Session at 1:44 P.M.

Cronin moved, seconded by Prince, to adjourn at 1:44 P.M. All voted aye.
