The Stanley County School District, #57-1, Board of Education met in special session February 22, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. in the High School Principal’s Conference room with John Duffy, Sarah Carter, and Tina Titze present. Nicole Prince attended via conference. Other in attendance was Business Manager Jessi Fromm. Visitor included Gary Johnson.
President Nicole Prince called the meeting to order at 1:01 P.M.
President Nicole Prince led the pledge of allegiance.
Duffy moved, seconded by Carter to adopt the agenda. All vote aye.
Duffy moved, seconded by Carter to go to Executive Session according to SDCL 1-25-2 for personnel purposes at 1:02 P.M. All voted aye.
Prince declared Board out of the Executive Session at 1:45 P.M.
Titze moved, seconded by Carter, to adjourn at 1:46 P.M. All
voted aye. |
