Special School Board Meeting
December 21, 2012

The Stanley County School District, #57-1, Board of Education met in Special session December 21, 2012, at 12:10 P.M., in the Business Office of the JK-2 Elementary Building with Sarah Carter, Gary Johnson, Nicole Prince, Tina Titze, and Rick Cronin present. Others in attendance were Business Manager Jessi Fromm, and Principal Michelle Glodt.

President Carter called the meeting to order at 12:10 P.M.

President Carter led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Cronin moved, seconded by Johnson, to adopt the amended agenda. All voted aye.

Cronin moved, seconded by Johnson, to approve the bill for the payment of the Security Camera System in the amount of 24,989.84. All voted aye.

Prince moved, seconded by Cronin, to approve the bill for the Contract for Deed on the Duffy Property  in the amount of 17,317.45. All voted aye.

Prince moved, seconded by Titze, to adjourn at 12:16 P.M.
