Special School Board Meeting
August 2, 2012

The Stanley County School District, #57-1, Board of Education met in Special session August 2, 2012, 12:15 P.M., at the Business Manager’s Office  in the K-2 Building with Sarah Carter, Gary Johnson, and Tina Titze present. Rick Cronin joined the meeting at 12:20 P.M. Nicole Prince was absent. Others in attendance were Superintendent Don Hotalling, Business Manager Jessi Fromm. Visitors were Michelle Glodt, Shirley Swanson.

President Carter called the meeting to order at 12:19 P.M.

President Carter led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Titze moved, seconded by Johnson, to adopt the agenda as presented. All voted aye.

Johnson moved, seconded by Titze, to approve Dr. Hotalling’s recommendation to hire Michelle Glodt as the Elementary Principal at $53,000.00 pending the release of her contract from the Pierre School District.  All voted aye.
