Special School Board Meeting
May 2, 2008

The Stanley County School District, #57-1, Board of Education met in special session May 2, 2008, 5:30 P.M. in the Superintendent’s Office of the Elementary Building with Sonny Harrowa, John Duffy, Darby Nutter Bridget Miller and Mork Norman present. Also in attendance were Superintendent Brad Caldwell and Business Manager Kevin Merscheim.

President Sonny Harrowa called the meeting to order at 5:30 P.M.

President Sonny Harrowa led the pledge of allegiance.

Norman moved, seconded by Miller, to go into Executive Session according to SDCL 1-25-2 for personnel reasons at 5:31 P.M. All voted aye.

President Sonny Harrowa declared the Board out of Executive Session at 7:01 P.M.

Duffy moved, seconded by Miller, to adjourn at 7:02 P.M. All voted aye.
