Special School Board Meeting
September 14, 2007

The Stanley County School District, #57-1, Board of Education met in special session September 14, 2007, 3:35 P.M. in the superintendent’s office of the elementary building with Sonny Harrowa, Mork Norman, John Duffy and Darby Nutter present. Bridget Miller was absent. Others in attendance were Superintendent Brad Caldwell and Business Manager Kevin Merscheim.

President Sonny Harrowa called the meeting to order at 3:35 P.M.

President Sonny Harrowa led the pledge of allegiance.

Nutter moved, seconded by Norman, to approve the payment request from Wald, Incorporated as partial payment for the construction of the concession building in the amount of $33,050.49. All voted aye.

Duffy moved, seconded by Nutter, to adjourn at 3:43 P.M. All voted aye.
