Stanley County

The Stanley County School District, #57-1, Board of Education met in special session May 14, 2004, 12:35 P.M., in the Superintendent’s Office of the Elementary Building with Gary Johnson, John Bucholz, Bridget Miller, Mike Cornelison and Mitch Norman present. Also in attendance were Superintendent Larry Jaske and Business Manager Kevin Merscheim.

President Gary Johnson called the meeting to order at 12:35 P.M.

Cornelison moved, seconded by Norman, to go into Executive Session according to SDCL 1-25-2 for personnel reasons at 12:36 P.M. All voted aye.

President Gary Johnson declared the Board out of Executive Session at 12:48 P.M.

Bucholz moved, seconded by Norman, to offer a contract for the secondary principal’s position to Brian Doherty for the 2004-2005 school year. All voted aye.
