Stanley County

The Stanley County School District, #57-1, Board of Education met in special session July 20, 2004, 5:45 P.M. in the Superintendent’s Office of the elementary building with Gary Johnson, John Bucholz, Mork Norman, Darby Nutter and Bridget Miller present. Superintendent Larry Jaske and Business Manager Kevin Merscheim were also in attendance.

President Gary Johnson called the meeting to order at 5:45 P.M.

President Gary Johnson led the pledge of allegiance.

Bucholz moved, seconded by Norman, to go into executive session according the SDCL 1-25-2 for personnel reasons at 5:46 P.M. All voted aye.

President Gary Johnson declared the Board out of executive session at 5:55 P.M.

Miller moved, seconded by Bucholz, to issue payment with disbursement upon agreement to Mary Hughes and Stan Whiting, her attorney. All voted aye.

The Board requested a Board retreat in the near future.

Bucholz moved, seconded by Miller, to adjourn at 5:57 P.M. All voted aye.
