Stanley County

The Stanley County School District, #57-1, Board of Education met in special session April 19, 2004, 5:30 P.M., in the Learning Center of the Middle/High School building with Gary Johnson, John Bucholz, Bridget Miller, Mike Cornelison and Mitch Norman present. Also in attendance were Superintendent Larry Jaske, Business Manager Kevin Merscheim and Principal Kevin Mutchelknaus. Visitors included Charles Thompson.

President Gary Johnson called the meeting to order at 5:30 P.M.

President Gary Johnson led the pledge of allegiance.

Cornelison moved, seconded by Bucholz, to go into Executive Session according to SDCL 1-25-2 for personnel reasons at 5:31 P.M. All voted aye.

President Gary Johnson declared the Board out of Executive Session at 6:10 P.M.

Miller moved, seconded by Cornelison, to accept with regret the resignation of Principal Kevin Mutchelknaus effect June 30, 2004. All voted aye.
